The Illusion of Life

May the enchantment of the blooming flower
spread on everyone’s face.
May everyone’s life be spent happily in all their desires.
May everyone’s life be filled with laughter and joy.
In the morning breeze,
In the song of birds,
Let everyone’s mind be filled.
May the gray hours of busyness
become colorful.
This is life.
Let the time pass by laughing and playing.
I came – I laughed –
I sang in playful joy.
out of love for life.
May it remain-
in the illusion of life Finally.
প্রাণের মায়া
– আশীষ কুমার বণিক
ফোটা ফুলের বিমুগ্ধতা
ছড়িয়ে থাকুক-সবার মুখে।
সকল চাওয়া, সকল পাওয়ায়-
সবার জীবন কাটুক সুখে।
হাসি-খুশি ভরা থাকুক-
সবার জীবন সর্বক্ষণ। ভোরের হাওয়ায় পাখির গানে-
জুড়িয়ে যাক সবার মন।
ব্যস্ততার ধূসর প্রহর
ভরে উঠুক-রঙিন হয়ে-
এইতো জীবন- সময়টুকু
হেসে-খেলে যাক না বয়ে।
এসেছিলাম-হেসেছিলাম-
গেয়েছিলাম রঙ্গ-রসে
এ’টুক শুধু প্রাণের মায়ায়
থাকুক পড়ে অবশেষে –
