In your smallest neglect

In your smallest neglect,
a thousand sorrows quietly
settle in my heart.
This life I once
cherished so deeply
breaks apart in a
single moment.
As if it is never complete.

তোমার সামান্যতম অবহেলায়
আশীষ কুমার বণিক
তোমার সামান্যতম অবহেলায়,
হাজারো দুঃখ নিঃশব্দে
আমার হৃদয়ে বাসা বাঁধে।
এই জীবন, যা আমি একসময়
গভীরভাবে লালন করতাম
ভেঙে চুরমার হয়ে যায়
এক মুহূর্তে।
যেন তা কখনো সম্পূর্ণ ছিল না।
