Mindfulness
Poem –
Mindfulness

What does the mind want –
And what does it seek
How can I explain it?
How can others understand it?
Sometimes good.
sometimes bad.
Sometimes it causes conflict.
No matter how many people –
But there is no
connection with anyone.
And sometimes the mind
floats in the colors
The mind is filled with games.
The happy times pass by.
কবিতা –
মনে মনে
আশীষ কুমার বণিক
মন কি যে চায়
আর কিই বা খোঁজে
কি করে তা বোঝাই-
অন্যজনেই বা কি করে বোঝে।
ক্ষণে ভালো, ক্ষণে মন্দ
কখনো বা ঘটায় দ্বন্ধ।
আসে যায় কত জনা
অথচ নাই কারো সাথেই
কারোর নিকট সম্মন্ধ।
আবার কখনো বা রঙ্গ-রসে
মনের এ’কুল-ওকুল ভাসে।
মনে-মনে জমে খেলা।
যায় কেটে যায় সুখের বেলা।
