Standing by the edge of the pond, Ethan fixed his gaze ahead in silence. The morning sun had just begun to spread its gentle light, casting a golden glow over the surrounding trees. The branches swayed softly, as if whispering in calm harmony with nature.
What a peaceful scene… Slowly, the quiet beauty of the moment began to ease the heavy pain buried deep inside him.
Suddenly, a few weaver birds chirped and flew away from their nests. Ethan’s eyes drifted toward the old palm tree standing at the northwest corner of the pond—still there, as if guarding a silent witness to a terrible scene from the past.
Just beside that tree lay their ancestral cremation ground. And there, in eternal rest, was his beloved father. A deep ache filled Ethan’s chest. Memories began to surface—
A modest household, struggling with financial hardship, yet filled with an unexplainable warmth and peace. Whenever his father returned home from the distant shop, there would be a glow of quiet joy on his face. That joy brought comfort and hope to young Ethan. But after a few days, everything would change again — A shadow would fall over his father’s expression, His mother would grow silent and distant. As a child, Ethan never understood why. Whenever he asked, his father would simply smile, pull him close, and shower him with affection. In this way, drifting through waves of joy and sorrow, before Ethan could even finish school — his father was gone.

The mobile phone rang. Sophie reluctantly picked up the phone and pressed the yes button.
— How are you Sophie?
A very emotional and charming voice. Which was mesmerizing.
Surprised, Sophie thought for a moment. This is how he called by name —
Sophie replied – Please, what is your identity?
A voice came from the other end without hesitation
— I am Adrian.

Suddenly, electricity seemed to play throughout her body. All the annoyance disappeared in an instant. Sophie became a different person. The coldest touch of all the accumulated love in the world seemed to cool her down with utmost care.
The pure stream of love was sending waves of happiness throughout her body and mind.
Sophie’s silence made Adrian think .
Adrian said again — Hello.
With a sigh, Sophie asked,
— How are you Adrian?
— Good.
— Adrian, where have you been all this time?
Unanswered Adrian
— I have searched for you in many ways. I have asked people I know for your address but I have not found it.
— “Why were you looking for me?”

No matter how intelligent or wise you believe yourself to be, no one is ever truly self-sufficient alone. Neither you, nor I, nor anyone else. Many of us see success as the ultimate goal of life—though success means different things to different people. But it is foolish to think that success alone makes us self-sufficient.

• Never try to create distance with others by thinking that you are self-sufficient. When the opportunity to create distance arises, try to bridge it as much as possible. Question yourself honestly – Why is this happening? and keep that space of questioning clear within your mind.
• Those around you—whom you can consider your true well-wishers—are among your greatest blessings. Maintain good relationships with them. Give their advice the respect it deserves. Never begin to avoid or ignore them.

• Remember, from everyone, you can shape beautiful thoughts—your own thoughts. Your consciousness and understanding will guide you along your own path.
• But if you can also hold close the ideas, advice, and goodwill of those who truly care for you, you will prepare yourself from all sides. You will learn to handle every direction of life.
• When making important decisions, give priority to the voices of your well-wishers.
• Shape your final choice with their guidance.
• And then you will see—the world is with you.

তুমি নিজেকে যতই বুদ্ধিমান বা জ্ঞানী মনে করো না কেন, কেউই কখনো একা একা সত্যিকার অর্থে স্বয়ংসম্পূর্ণ হতে পারে না। তুমি, আমি, অন্য কেউও নই। আমরা অনেকেই সাফল্যকে জীবনের চূড়ান্ত লক্ষ্য হিসেবে দেখি—যদিও সাফল্যের অর্থ বিভিন্ন মানুষের কাছে ভিন্ন ভিন্ন। কিন্তু এটা ভাবা বোকামি যে সাফল্যই আমাদের স্বয়ংসম্পূর্ণ করে তোলে।

• কখনও নিজেকে স্বয়ংসম্পূর্ণ ভেবে অন্যদের সাথে দূরত্ব তৈরি করার চেষ্টা করো না। যখন দূরত্ব তৈরির সুযোগ আসে, তখন যতটা সম্ভব তা দূর করার চেষ্টা করো। নিজেকে সৎভাবে প্রশ্ন করো – কেন এমন হয় বা হচ্ছে এবং মনের মধ্যে প্রশ্নের জায়গা পরিষ্কার রাখো।
• তোমার চারপাশে যারা—যাদের তুমি তোমার প্রকৃত শুভাকাঙ্ক্ষী হিসেবে বিবেচনা করতে পারো—তারা তোমার সবচেয়ে বড় আশীর্বাদ। তাদের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখো। তাদের পরামর্শকে তার প্রাপ্য সম্মান দাও। কখনোই তাদের এড়িয়ে চলতে বা উপেক্ষা করতে শুরু করো না।
