People are known for their good or bad qualities through their actions, character and behavior. We consider people who harm other people or put them in danger as bad people. On the other hand, we consider people who benefit society and people as good people and respect them.
Generally, there are three types of mental tendencies or attitudes working in every person—Positive Attitude, Negative Attitude and Right Attitude.
People who we consider to be people with bad nature generally tend to practice Negative Attitude. They look for the negative side of any situation first instead of the positive side. Instead of evaluating the good side of people, they look for weaknesses or flaws and when they get the opportunity, they try to put others in danger by using that weakness as a weapon.

Their nature is much like a poisonous snake. Just as a poisonous snake is ready to strike at its prey and seize the opportunity, such people also wait for the opportunity.
And if they cannot strike directly, they try to harm or mentally weaken their opponent in various ways.
This is why people avoid poisonous snakes and also want to stay away from the company of bad-natured people.
If for some reason they get involved with them, then the common man tries to get free from the situation by making concessions on his part to manage the situation.
It is unfortunate but true, people with bad natures often consider this generosity or tolerance of others as their victory.
In this, they start thinking of themselves as more powerful or influential. But they do not understand that because of this negative mentality and behavior,
difficult and undesirable consequences await them one day.
Even if with a gap in time, that result returns one day.

My point
Human life is never always smooth. Reality sometimes becomes so difficult that it becomes difficult to live a simple life.
When people get involved in complex situations, that is when their true wisdom is tested.
Those who practice Right Attitude find a way to solve the problem by taking the right decision at the right time.
Sometimes they have to pay a heavy price for that, but in the end they find the right path.
On the other hand, those who are accustomed to practicing Negative Attitude, gradually move towards degradation due to their narrow and negative thinking.
Maybe that consequence is not immediately visible, but over time it becomes inevitable one day.

• Therefore, it is not always possible to lead life with only Positive Attitude, and a life dependent on Negative Attitude is another name for failure.

The same picture is seen in human life. There are many people in society who grow up in very ordinary environments, but reach extraordinary heights through noble thoughts, honest character, hard work and charitable deeds. Again, there are many people who are born in affluent families, grow up with advanced facilities; but due to narrow thinking, low mentality and dishonest actions, they lose their own dignity. As a result, even a promising life becomes polluted and meaningless.

• Therefore, our identity is not our position, but our goal. If the vision is pure, if the thoughts are noble and if the actions are dedicated to the welfare of humanity, then success will definitely come to us one day.

“Some moments stay with us forever. One such moment –
One afternoon, I went to my daughter’s school to pick her up, as I often do. Since I had arrived a little early, I stood quietly near the school gate, I was watching some children having fun before the final bell rang.

Among them was a little boy with the most innocent smile. He was running across the playground, laughing, falling down, getting back up, clapping his hands, and playing without a care in the world.
and almost everyone waiting outside the school found themselves smiling as they watched him.
A few steps away stood a woman, whom I assumed was his mother. Her face reflected pure happiness and pride as she watched her son play.
There is perhaps no greater joy for a parent than seeing a child genuinely happy.

Just as I was looking at the beautiful view, something else caught my attention.
Standing some distance away was a gentleman, silently watching the same little boy. He repeatedly wiped tears from his eyes with a handkerchief.
The contrast between the child’s laughter and the man’s silent tears immediately stirred my curiosity.
Unable to ignore what I had witnessed, I slowly walked toward him. As I got closer, I realized he was someone I already knew.
He forced a faint smile.
“How are you?” he asked.
“I’m fine,” I replied. “But… are you alright?”
He tried to compose himself before saying softly,
“I’m okay.”
I hesitated for a moment.
“I’m sorry if I’m disturbing you. But if you don’t mind… would you like to tell me what’s wrong? Sometimes sharing our pain makes it a little easier to bear.”

He remained silent for a few seconds before pointing toward the playground.
“Do you see that little boy?”
“Yes.”
“He’s my son.”
His words left me speechless.
“You mean… your own son?”
“Yes.”
I looked back at the cheerful child, then at the father standing helplessly from a distance.
“If that’s your son,” I asked gently, “why don’t you go to him? Why don’t you hug him?”

He shook his head.
“No… I can’t.”
“Why?”
He lowered his eyes.
“I’m afraid I’ll become emotionally attached all over again.”
I looked at him with sympathy.
“My friend,” I said softly, “you never stopped loving him. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be standing here in tears.”
He gave a faint, painful smile.
“You’re right.”
After a long silence, he finally began telling me his story.
“My wife and I separated some time ago. We now live apart.”
“I’m sorry to hear that. Have you divorced?”
“Not yet,” he replied. “The legal process is still ongoing. It’s only a matter of time.”
Neither of us spoke for several moments.
The little boy continued running across the playground, completely unaware of the storm surrounding his own life.

Watching him, I felt an overwhelming sadness.

Taking a deep breath, I said,
“For the sake of your son… isn’t there any possibility that you and your wife could try once more?”
Before I could finish my sentence, he interrupted firmly.
“No.”
His voice was filled with pain rather than anger.
“It isn’t possible.”
Without another word, he turned and walked away.
I stood there silently, watching him disappear into the crowd.

A few moments later, the school bell rang.
Parents rushed toward the gate.
Children ran happily into the arms of their loved ones.
The little boy disappeared into the crowd, still smiling—though he knew nothing of the events that had transpired behind the scenes of his childhood.

Reflection –
Not every victory in life is a real victory.
Sometimes, the greatest triumph comes from letting go of our pride, ego, anger, or personal grievances.
When adults become consumed by winning arguments or protecting their own interests, it is often innocent children who pay the highest price.

• Relationships are never perfect.
• Misunderstandings happen.
• Conflicts are inevitable.
• But whenever possible, we should choose reconciliation over resentment, understanding over ego, and sacrifice over stubbornness.
• For the sake of the next generation, let us learn that losing an argument may sometimes be the greatest victory of all.
• True strength is not always found in proving ourselves right.
• Sometimes, true strength lies in choosing peace.
• Let us learn to win by losing.
• May every child grow up surrounded by love.
• May every family find the wisdom to protect the smiles of the next generation.

Here my joys spread different colors. The shadows of pain sometimes get longer and longer. Memories come and crowd the silent lake of light and darkness. This world is an absolute truth for me. But yes.
For someone else, the form of my world, the beauty of my world may be completely different. Because every person’s life has its own unique form. Which may not be revealed to others. His path of experience may also be different.

আমাদের হতাশা কোথা থেকে আসে?

মানুষের জীবন প্রায়শই হতাশার চাদরে ঢাকা থাকে। এটা বললে অত্যুক্তি হবে না যে আমাদের অনেকেই জীবনের বেশিরভাগ সময় হতাশা এবং অপূর্ণ প্রত্যাশার মুহূর্তগুলির মধ্য দিয়ে কাটায়। এর জন্য কোন নির্দিষ্ট সময় নেই। হতাশা আমাদের জীবনে নীরবে আসে।

• আমরা যা চাই তা না পাওয়ার হতাশা।
• কারো কাছে হারানোর হতাশা।
• ভালোবাসতে বা ভালোবাসা না পাবার হতাশা।

মনে হচ্ছে হতাশার কোন শেষ নেই। এটি আমাদেরকে চারপাশ থেকে ঘিরে রেখেছে।

• কিন্তু আমরা কি কখনও নিজেদেরকে একটি সহজ প্রশ্ন জিজ্ঞাসা করার জন্য থেমেছি:
• এই হতাশা কোথা থেকে আসে? এর জন্ম কীভাবে হয়?

যখন আমরা আমাদের আকাঙ্ক্ষাগুলিকে যত বেশি পাই ততই বৃদ্ধি করতে থাকি, যখন আমরা ক্রমাগত আরও বেশি কিছুর পিছনে ছুটতে ব্যস্ত থাকি, তখন আমাদের মানসিকতা ধীরে ধীরে বাণিজ্যিকীকরণ হয়ে যায়। আমরা ভুলে যাই যে আমাদের আসল চাহিদা আসলে কী।

তারপর সমস্যা শুরু হয়। যখন আমাদের আকাঙ্ক্ষাগুলি আমরা যা পাই তার সাথে আর মেলে না, তখন মনের ভেতরে ধীরে ধীরে হতাশা বাড়তে শুরু করে। সময়ের সাথে সাথে, এটি আমাদের বিশুদ্ধ চিন্তাভাবনাকে অন্ধকার করে দেয় এবং ব্যর্থ প্রত্যাশার প্রাচীর তৈরি করে যা অতিক্রম করা অসম্ভব বলে মনে হয়। জীবন তখন তিক্ত স্বাদ পেতে শুরু করে।

তবুও সত্যটি বেশ সহজ। যদি আমরা অতিরিক্ত আকাঙ্ক্ষা থেকে সরে আসতে শিখি, যদি আমরা সীমাহীন লাভের জন্য অস্থির হওয়া বন্ধ করি, যদি আমরা প্রকৃত চাহিদার সাথে চাহিদাগুলিকে গুলিয়ে ফেলা বন্ধ করি এবং যদি আমরা যা সত্যিই প্রয়োজনীয় তা নিয়ে সন্তুষ্ট থাকি, তাহলে আমাদের মন তৃপ্তির শান্তিপূর্ণ অনুভূতিতে ভরে উঠতে শুরু করে। যখন হৃদয় তৃপ্তিতে পূর্ণ হয়, তখন হতাশা সহজেই তার পথ খুঁজে পায় না।

কারণ গভীর সত্য হল: অসন্তুষ্টি অপূর্ণ প্রত্যাশা থেকে জন্মায়, এবং অসন্তুষ্টি থেকে হতাশা জন্মায়।

অতএব, আমাদের প্রত্যেকেরই আমাদের হৃদয়ে তৃপ্তির মনোভাব গড়ে তোলার চেষ্টা করা উচিত। আমাদের পরম করুণাময় স্রষ্টার প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞ থাকা উচিত এবং আমাদের প্রদত্ত আশীর্বাদগুলির প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞ থাকা উচিত।

তবেই জীবন সত্যিকার অর্থে শান্তিপূর্ণ এবং আনন্দময় হয়ে উঠতে পারে।
